The idea was born out of a competition of "Now Debate This" in conjunction with the National Forensics League.

Through outreach and advocacy, we can make a difference! We will regularly work with business leaders, partnerships,  legislators, attend hearings, and support candidates that support a vision of hope for conservation and energy alternatives.  We are a diverse group of teens and adults, managed by teens, coming together to create local and national change. 

Our volunteer base will grow as youth in our region find a voice and renewed sense of hope. You too can make a difference.

About Our Themes

As you will notice, we have a combined theme of Patriotic and Sunflower. We are committed to not only our region and the United States of America but the global world we live in, represented by the sky and theme of Americana. Sunflower is a theme as this is an indigenous plant of Pennsylvania, a state of many firsts. The Sunflower is an incredible resource. It provides food for both humans and animals in the form of seeds and oil. It provides pollen for bees and butterflies. It is a sturdy, strong plant that has a simple beauty, and comes in diverse varieties; just like Americans.
